Dear readers: I created this 10 day challenge about some of the core values I admire in people. Each day I will be writing about a new different value.
Today is Day 5 and the value today is: Bravery

10 traits of a brave person
- 1.He knows his own values and fights for them.
- 2.He acts despite fear.
He is able to go after what he wants even though he is afraid.
- 3.He is confident in his own voice.
He is able to speak up his own opinion.
- 4.He doesn't procrastinate.
He knows that procrastination only delays his success.
- 5.He is confident enough to be himself.
- . He knows who he is and doesn't give in to peer pressure.
- 6.He thinks outside the box.
He knows he is unique and doesn't mind to standing out.
- 7.He accepts change.
He knows change helps him grow.
- 8.He is positive.
He has faith in his abilities.
- 9.He acknowledges his weaknesses.
He knows he has to recognize them in order to grow.
- 10.He is humble.
He knows that sometimes asking for help when he needs to is also a sign of bravery.
Brave Activity: What activity can you do to work on this core value?
Some ideas include: Doing something you have been putting off, expressing your emotions( through journaling, speaking with someone, etc), speaking up for a cause you believe in, trying out a new activity.
