To my Grandparents,

Most grandchildren aren’t as fortune as I have been in the relationship we have. I have always cherished our time together. I love sitting with you guys at dinner listening to the amazing life that you two have had, wishing that one day I will be as fortunate in love and life that you two have been. There has never been a time when I called you for help that you both didn’t drop everything to help me. You have been there for everything, from the time that I tried to surprise Dad with a clean car and needed to borrow/learn how to properly vacuum the carpet to the time I was in the first car accident of my life and you both came without hesitation, calmed me down, and helped me figure everything out.

When I first moved in with you guys for the summer, I was terrified because it was the first time I wouldn’t be with my parents and without my sisters. I didn’t know what it would be like and you both made it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Now I can’t imagine what it would be like to live anywhere else for the summer. There is nothing I love more than coming home from college and going shopping with Ami at AX or Marshall's and helping Poppop put the sailboat in the water and sailing around the canal.

You both have never been anything but two selfless, kind, and caring people. You have been this way not just with your family but also with your friends and complete strangers. Every one of my friends and their families loves you. They talk about what amazing people you are and always say how lucky I am to have grandparents like you. They are right. Thank you for being the best grandparents that any grandchild could ever want. I love you both to the moon and back.
