Are You Dental Sick and Tired?

If you're experiencing any of the following symptoms, it's time to see a dentist:

1. You've been having really bad headaches for months

2. Your jaw feels really stiff or sore

3. You can't stop yawning and getting tired even after you've had a good rest

4. You have trouble chewing or swallowing

5. You can't get comfortable in your chair

6. You see little or no toothpaste coming out of your brush

7. You think about teeth all the time

8. Dental pain is one of the top reasons people go to the doctor

Dentist in Your Area

If you're feeling sick and tired of going to the dentist, it might be time for a check-up. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), dental problems are one of the top causes of adult illness. The good news is that there are many dentists in your area who can help.

The Dentist Berwick reports that chronic gum disease is the most common type of dental problem in adults. It's caused by plaque accumulation and leaky teeth, which can lead to bad breath, toothache, pain, and even Gingivitis.

Other common dental problems include:

· Tooth decay: This is when decay sets in around teeth's surface. Decay can damage nearby teeth and gums, leading to a need for replacement tooth(s).

· Tooth fracture: Not all falls result in a broken bone - sometimes teeth fractures occur too. If this happens, it may require surgery and/or oral fixation (a rod or wire that’s inserted below the level of the jawbone to hold two bones together during healing). A fractured tooth may also require removal from the mouth.

· Teeth abscesses: These are pus-filled sacs that form beneath the tooth or between adjacent teeth. They usually manifest as a painless swelling near the site of infection. If left untreated, an abscess can spread and cause more serious problems such as sepsis (blood poisoning), secondary bacterial infection.

What To Do If You’re Dental Sick

If you are experiencing dental pain, fever, and swollen gums, it is most likely that you are suffering from a dental infection.

Here are some steps to take in order to treat your infection and hopefully get relief from your symptoms:

1. Get medical help if you have a fever over 37 degrees Celsius or an infection causing rash.

2. Keep a clean and healthy mouth by brushing and flossing regularly and using mouthwash when needed.

3. Avoid eating foods that cause tooth decay, such as candy, hard cheeses, and sour fruit juices. These can easily feed the bacteria that causes dental infections.

4. Take over-the-counter pain killers like ibuprofen as needed for relief from pain and fever. Do not use prescription painkillers without first checking with your doctor since they can be addictive and potentially dangerous for someone with a pacemaker or other medical device implanted in their body.

How To Find a Good Dentist

Finding a good dentist can be difficult, but there are some things you can do to help. First, research the various dental schools in your area. This will give you a better idea of what type of dentist you would like to work with. Once you have narrowed down your search, ask friends and family members if they know any dentists they would recommend. Finally, check online reviews and ratings to get an idea of how popular a particular dentist is.

Final Thoughts

If you're experiencing dental pain, fatigue, and other symptoms, it's time to see a dentist. Chances are good that you have some form of toothache or gum disease, and unless you take action now your problems will only get worse. If you live in the Atlanta area and are thinking about seeing a dentist, here are dentists who may be able to help.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
