Being single is not being committed to someone, it is not having to talk to anyone, it is the ability to do what you want when you want.
Being single means that you can be free and do what you please. But emotionally what does being single mean?
Being Single can be the best and worst times of someone’s life. There are times in life where someone needs to be the back bone for another person. That person needs to help the person through something difficult. However, without having that special someone in your life it can be hard to move through those hard times and make it through better or worse.
We need someone regardless of the condition of the situation. We as humans rely on that one person to help us get through what we need in order to achieve what we desire. We desire the interaction of a human being, both physically and emotionally, without this integration we can enter depression.
This can affect who we are going to be as adults and what times of relationships we will build in the future. This determines if we are happy, if we are ready to battle the worse or better and if we are ready to battle being alone.
To be alone can happen in a heartbeat and it can be determined. The moments that you are alone and the moments that you make yourself alone. Yes yourself, people sometimes put themselves into these situations where they are alone and don’t know how to get the help they need. And with that they push to be more alone and don’t associate with people. Being single has that lasting affect where if you want to be with someone you might not be able to because you, yourself isolate to protect and move on.
For some of us people who have not been in a relationship or have but not recently we have adapted to being the third wheel in most of the situations. A lot of my friends are in relationship and I seem to always end up going out with them and their significant other. This is called the third wheel, and this can have the worst effect on a person. However, for me it got me to realize that I need to be able to love myself.
To love myself is the best thing that I learned to do. After being single, alone and having to deal with everything that came with the extra stress and pain. I began to realize that I do deserve to be happen and that with being alone I should love myself.
