A few months ago my morning routine looked like this: wake up exhausted, turn on the Keurig, feel unmotivated as I get ready for my day, make coffee, go to school/work, make another cup of coffee, nod off in class/work, and barely get through the day.
Today I have a completely different routine and it looks like this: wake up feeling motivated for the day, get ready for school/work, stir up my Advocare's Spark drink mix, head out for my day feeling happy and motivated.

With a full and busy day, I need to stay focused. Drinking Spark does just that and helps me get through the long day. I continue to look forward to the next day and it's easier to remind myself that each day is a fresh start.
It might sound cheesy, but Spark truly has changed my life. It has turned it around for the better. I'm constantly working hard and thinking about how I can improve in my life.
