The air is crisp,
And the wind howls and blows your hair in a wisp.
You walk by houses decked with jack-o-lanterns and mummies,
And porches with lots of candy to fill up tummies.
Owls hooting in tune to the mood of Halloween night,
Children scared that they'll get a fright.
Tomorrow they'll be sad that Halloween is done,
But then they can look forward to Christmas and all the holiday fun.
