It is that time of the year again! Anchor Splash is underway and it is high time to splash in the water with a week long love of philanthropy and bonding with fellow greeks. For the love of Service for Sight and the love of DG.

Lets be real, sorority shirts are usually $35 on their own, but when this week comes around it’s a steal.
2. Repping your sorority not only because of a why not
3. Being shown some Panhellenic love
Everyone participating in events for your sorority puts on and raising money to help ‘Do Good.’
4. Watching everyone compete for a chance to win the Anchor Games
People get competitive out there, especially when it comes to penny wars and the Anchor Games.
5. Anchors and throwing the gamma are thrown on almost every single day
So many pictures and the symbol always has to be shown cause you’ve gotta throw what you know.
6. Spot a DG is a day that you decide to actually look nice because everyone and their mom is going to be taking pictures with you
The Greek life with the most pictures posted with a DG wins this day, and since pictures are being posted all day long, you might as well put on a little bit of makeup
7. The swim portion
Watching the Anchor Games on the last day because everyone gets completely into it, whether it is ‘Saving the Mermaid’ or the synchronized swimming.
8. The all you can eat night
Whether your chapter does Deserts with DG or Slice for Sight, everyone comes around for the all you can eat portion of the nights.
9. Knowing that the entire week long event it has gone to a good cause to help people see better
Service for Sight is something that is near and dear to every Delta Gamma. This week long event helps to raise the most money for the help to let people see again.
