A few days ago, Justin Bieber posted a semi-NSFW coloring page that he finished in 30 minutes. He was proud to acknowledge that he hopped on the coloring bandwagon by saying "I colored this it's dope" and "Don't judge me." Experts have explained that coloring helps with relaxation, fine motor skills, and training the brain to focus. And with exams quickly approaching, we're all in need of much deserved "me time." So here's a list of "adult" coloring books that are perfect for pre-exam stress.
1. Calm the F*ck Down: An Irreverent Adult Coloring Book
You can find this beautiful gem here. It's on Amazon for $7.79. There is a content warning though: "Contains adult language. Not intended for children." So, long story short, keep this one away from your younger siblings (or cousins) whenever you go home.
2. Unicorns Are Jerks: A Coloring Book Exposing the Cold, Hard, Sparkly Truth
You can find this on Amazon as well for $6.99. I think my favorite part of this entire book is the reviews. Here's one of the best ones:

3. The 1990s Coloring Book: All That and a Box of Crayons (Psych! Crayons Not Included.)
This bomb-diggity book can be found on Amazon for $7.02. You'll have the best time reliving the best decade ever. You'll even be enlightened by mad-fly trivia packed on every page.
4. Color Me Swoon: The Beefcake Activity Book for Good Color-Inners as Well as Beginner
This beefcake coloring book, filled with hunks like Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Will Smith, Daniel Craig, Jake Gyllenhaal, and the guys from One Direction, can be found on Amazon for $8.55. You'll probably also want a box of tissues to help clean up the drool.
5. Adult Coloring Book: Stress Relieving Animal Designs
We're getting into the "tamer" ones now. (Did you get the pun?) This book filled with intricate animal designs can also be found on Amazon for $9.04.
6. Awakening: Artful Colouring
With pictures inspired by Indian henna, tattoos, and the artist's imagination, this book, filled with doodles, animals and mandalas, helps explore the art of grown-up coloring. You can find it on Etsy for $15.98.
7. Flat Faced Friends: A Pug & French Bulldog Coloring Book
Another one for animal-lovers. You can get this book on Etsy for $12.95. Bonus: You'll get a signed copy of the book, a super cute postcard, and a bonus coloring sheet!
8. Reach for the Stars: Colouring Book
This one, along with number six, is probably one of the most relaxing of all, especially since it's supposed to help stimulate mindfulness practice. It can also be found on Etsy for $12.50. The book contains some trademark features from the seller such as inner strength, curiosity and positivity.
It's time to grab your crayons, colored pencils or markers and get to town. You only have so many days of procrastination until you really need to start studying. You can do it... (both coloring and studying). I believe in you!
