7 Reasons To Go On The College Party Cruise Next Spring Break

Spring break season is almost over, which means college students across the nation will soon be suffering from Post Spring Break Depression and Anxiety (PSBDA). PSBDA is the overwhelming sensation that a college student gets upon realizing that half of spring semester has passed and that there are no more breaks until finals are over. Undoubtedly, this is the roughest and toughest part of every college student's year. But one thing is sure to help: Planning next year's spring break.

It's never too early to start planning next year's spring break, especially when there's a deal like the College Party Cruise. You're going to want to watch out for Spring 2017's reservation openings, and start saving your money now! That's a promise, but if you don't believe me, then here are seven reasons you should go on the College Party Cruise.

It's the same price (if not less) than a week at the beach.

The College Party Cruise costs start at around $500 per person for the cheapest room, and the more people you have in a room, the less expensive it gets. A room with a balcony costs more, but be warned because you won't be spending enough time in your room to need one. (Protip: On any cruise, the third, fourth, and so on passengers pay less than the first and second. if you're looking to save some money, then make sure you're at least third on the guest list for your cabin!)

Food is all-inclusive (and delicious).

When you go to the beach, you can expect to be spending upwards of $25 a day on food (assuming that your hotel has complimentary breakfast). On a cruise, you've already paid for your food. All you have to do is hop in line at the buffet or head on over the the restaurant of your choice, and chow down. Cruise food is also delicious. You usually get a full three course meal, and if you don't like something, you just send it back. If you want more, you get more. No. Extra. Charge.

Alcohol is (almost) all-inclusive and unlimited.

On the College Party Cruise, alcohol is all-inclusive up to a certain price. (Protip: Shots are not free.) Of course, you have to be 21 or older to order alcoholic beverages. If you're under 21, then you'll get a soda package, but I'm not going to lie to you, sometimes sodas on cruise ships magically turn into strawberry daiquiris. Just think about how much money you'd be spending at the bars and clubs on any other spring break trip. The free, unlimited alcohol alone saves most college students on the ship hundreds of dollars.

There are tons of people to meet.

The College Party Cruise is roughly 85 percent college students from all over the country. Where else are you going to be able to meet and make friends with that many college students from that many different places? The answer is nowhere. You may never talk to these people again, but they'll leave you with some great stories to tell. Who knows, maybe you'll meet your new best friend.

Parties.

The College Party Cruise plans special parties for its guests each day of the cruise. On the islands, College Party Cruise passengers get special drink deals at bars like Senor Frogs and Fat Tuesday. Of course, there's free alcohol on the boat, but discounted alcohol is the next best thing for a college student. Plus, if you're the type of person who likes to get wild, then these parties are the place for you. If you're the type of person who likes to watch and laugh at the people who like to get wild, then these parties are also the place for you.

Caribbean beaches are better.

Personally I think that every beach is beautiful, but I'd be lying if I ever said that Caribbean beaches weren't prettier than American beaches. The water is clearer, the sand is whiter and softer, and the sun is brighter. if you don't believe me, then take the cruise and see for yourself.

It's truly a week free of all stress.

This one is a toss-up for some people. Out in the middle of the ocean, your phone doesn't work. That means no one is bothering you, nagging you, or asking you to do anything for them. The most you need your phone for is making sure your back on the ship on time. You can pay for Internet access, but it's outrageously expensive. Plus, who cares about WiFi when you're about to go plant yourself on the beach with a margarita in your hand?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
