1. World of Coca-Cola

Located in beautiful downtown Atlanta, the World of Coca-Cola offers a wide array of attractions in which you'll learn more than you have ever known about the world's most popular beverage, including sampling over 100 different flavors from around the world! It's even more magical at Christmas time, when Coca-Cola features thousands of lights, decorations and celebrations to ring in the holiday season. Try the Gingerbread Coke and the Chocolate Cherry Coke. They are sure to get you into the holiday spirit.

2. The Georgia Aquarium

Also in downtown Atlanta, right next to the World of Coca-Cola, sits the legendary Georgia Aquarium. The best part about visiting the aquarium any time of year is that you can purchase a ticket bundle to visit the aquarium and the World Of Coca-Cola in the same day for a huge discount. For the holidays, there are so many ways the Georgia Aquarium likes to celebrate with you, including a musical, tree lightings, wake-up Santa and Holidazzle.

3. Lanier Islands

Tucked away near Gainesville, Georgia, Lanier Islands offers a huge water park, lots of family fun and memories that last a lifetime. You can purchase tickets for a massive Thanksgiving dinner celebration, hop on the Polar Express, have breakfast with Santa or ring in the new year with your significant other by enjoying a full dinner buffet and open bar.

4. Savannah, Georgia

On the Coastal Plains of Georgia rests the historic town of Savannah. This incredible southern town has some of the best holiday celebrations in the Southeast (must be the southern hospitality). From the Boat Parade of Lights, Christmas on the River, Annual Holiday Tour of Homes and the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens, you'll never run out of fun in this town near Christmas time.

5. Helen, Georgia

Nestled in the mountains of North Georgia is the little German-themed town of Helen. Join your family and friends for Christkindlmarkt in the heart of downtown for treats, dancing and lights galore to kick of your holiday season.

6. Stone Mountain Park

The historical Stone Mountain Park is just outside of Atlanta. There are countless amounts of family activities from the laser light show on the mountain to the tram that takes you on a scenic journey up the mountain. A Holly Jolly Christmas celebration is just around the corner and features Christmas musicals, even more light shows and a holiday-themed 4-D experience!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
