I've been a fan of Grey's Anatomy ever since I found the first eight seasons on Netflix. I often find myself using quotes as my captions for my Instagram captions or painted on a canvas and hung on my bedroom wall. Here are my 6 favorite quotes from Grey's Anatomy:

1. "Don't let the fear keep you quiet. You have a voice, so use it. Speak up. Raise your hands. Shout your answers. Make yourself heard. Whatever it takes, find your voice, and when you do, fill the damn silence."

Get your voice out there. let other people know what your thinking. You might have a great idea so let people hear it.

2. " If you want crappy things to stop happening to you, then stop accepting crap and demand something more."

Never settle for what you have, always shoot for something better.

No one person is perfect. It's okay to make mistakes. Don't get caught up in them. Realize you made a mistake, and make sure it doesn't happen again.

I watch the show for more than just the quotes, but they definitely make the show better.
