52 Thoughts I Had During One Direction's Music Video For 'History'

One Direction may be on hiatus, but they are still making fans cry with their highly-anticipated music video for their song, "History." The music video was released on Jan. 26 and sent fans into a frenzy by including footage of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne when they first started their career and of course, those videos included departed member, Zayn Malik. The music video has some cool technical features, as all the old footage was in black and white, while the rest of the video was in color. Being the dedicated One Direction fan I am, I had many thoughts while watching the video and here they are:

1. Wow they’re so fetus.

2. They all look so good.

3. Their dancing is still awful.

4. Aw, Simon is so proud.

5. Why does Harry do that dance move with his hands every time they perform this song?

6. Niall’s glasses look so cute.

7. Aw there’s Zayn.

8. I wonder if he misses being a part of the band?

9. Probably not, he's made it seem like he hated being a part of it.

10. Oh well, his loss (No, I’m not holding a grudge).

11. I forgot Harry always used to wear bow ties.

12. Fans running after their cars. Same.

13. Don’t smirk at us, Harry.

14. I really like Liam’s hat. Where can I buy one?

15. Louis and Liam are really jamming during the chorus.

16. I want to see this live, why are they on a hiatus?

17. Fetus Liam was so proud of his microphone twirl.

18. Oh, Harry and Liam are shirtless.

19. And Harry is again.

20. I also like to fall to the floor randomly.

21. Fetus Harry hugging a teddy bear is so cute.

22. I like how they’re singing directly to the camera, it’s like they’re singing to me.

23. Oh it’s Zayn again.

24. I wish I knew how to surf. Maybe Liam will teach me.

25. Hey Louis, I like going on boat rides too.

26. Oh and Harry’s shirtless again.

27. I remember that koala.

28. Wow back in the day, their outfits were so coordinated.

29. Louis always rocked the stripes.

30. And he is in the video too. That’s so cute.

31. Aw it’s a collection of their music videos.

32. That’s clever, they put footage of hotel rooms and tattoos with those lyrics. Props to you, Ben Winston.

33. Footage from "What Makes You Beautiful" makes me realize that it really has been five years.

34. I’m still laughing at Harry being Marcel in the music video for "Best Song Ever."

35. I want to go ice skating with Harry.

36. Niall and Harry’s friendship is the cutest thing ever.

37. A kick line.

38. What are Harry and Niall doing?

39. Another kick line.

40. Niall is so talented on guitar.

41. Harry and Liam went to Machu Picchu together. Aw.

42. Fist bump between Niall and Harry to solidify their friendship.

43. Harry’s hair used to be really short.

44. I miss them being on tour.

45. Their hugs on stage are too emotional.

46. Love you too, Harry.

47. Girl crying in the audience is currently me.

48. Hi Louis!

49. Their hug on the "X Factor" finale makes me so emotional.

50. Why are they walking in different directions? There’s only one direction.

51. Wow, I’m too obsessed with this band.

52. Oh well.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
