As TCNJ students, we have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. We go to an amazing school. We have friends that love and support us. We are part of organizations that make huge differences not only on our campus, but in the community at large.
I know what I am thankful for. I have a family that supports me no matter what. I have best friends at home, and I have best friends at TCNJ that I have no idea who I would be without. Its crazy to think that people I did not know less than two years ago have made such an impact on my life. I am thankful for Delta Phi Epsilon, a sisterhood that has made me a better friend, a better leader, a better philanthropist, a better sister, and ultimately a better person. I am thankful for my education, my abilities, my job, my puppy and so much more.
Like I said, I know what I am thankful for which is why I asked 50 TCNJ students what they are most thankful for this Thanksgiving. Here’s what everyone said:

10. “I am thankful for my mom, because she always helps me the best when I’m stressed with school, and she cooks the best things when I come home!”

13. “I am thankful for the second family I created here. Coming to college was tough but the people here made the adjustment easier. Thankful I found the right college for me!”

45. “I am thankful for my health, both mental and physical. Its been a tough semester, but I am grateful for everyone and everything that helped me get though it.”
