There are so many reasons to smile in life, here are a few.

Recently, I have been going through a lot which has put me down a little but I always remember that there is something to be happy about. Everyone goes through something, we all have our hard times. Always remember that no matter how difficult it is or how horrible and sad you feel, there is always something to make you smile. You are beautiful and loved as you are but the more you smile and the happier you become, the more you will love yourself. On this list, there are small things to be happy about and there are big things, they all count. I hope this list helps you smile and be happy about something.

1. You woke up, you're alive, and you're breathing

2. Your family

3. Knowing that you're beautiful, because you are

4. Eating dessert

5. Singing along to really loud music

6. The Eagles going to the Super Bowl

7. Nice People

8. Being smiled at

9. The outdoors

10. Good grades

11. The Bachelor

12. When the sun hits your face and warms you up

13. Drinking ice cold water when you’re hot

I know life is hard, we have all been there. Always remember how important you are and your life is. You mean so much to so many people around you and you should never forget that. Everyday find something to smile about, every day brings something new. If you are a live, then you have a reason to be happy. If you have a bed to sleep on or a roof over your head, you have a reason to be happy.
