It's the middle of October, and if you're like me and you are in the retail industry, here's 5 thoughts that we may all have in common this time of the year...

1. How in the world could it already be OCTOBER?

I know, I know. It feels like it was just Easter time, or just last October. How could it be?

2. Are those REALLY Christmas Decorations?

Didn't we just put those things away?

3. Why don't I recognize any of these people in the morning meeting?

No lie, around this time of the year, there's so many new seasonal hires, sometimes I wonder if I'm at the right store.

4. NOVEMBER IS NEXT MONTH.

You're joking, right?

5. BLACK FRIDAY

How could this be happening. I am NOT ready for this.

The busiest times of the year for us retail workers are upon us, but we can do this!
