Here are five thoughts of encouragement for Finals Week. Trust me, you're gonna need it. As college students, we tend to overthink about how our Finals are going to go, but in the end, don't sweat it too much. Many people in your position are feeling the exact same way. Even the people who are in the work force today, met many difficult roads in their career, but the difference between a failure and a winner, is that the winner carries on, and doesn't look at their past mistakes as a permanent situation. Keep going ahead, and be encouraged to carry on.
1. Hard work pays off
Grades don't magically get higher from going with the flow, you need to study harder.
2. No one excels without a moment of difficulty.
Especially your mother.
3. Success doesn't happen overnight, don't give up.

4. Mistakes makes us better decision-makers for next time.
Mistakes don't define you, quitting does.
5. If you don't succeed, try again.
If you tried again and didn't succeed, then try another way around the problem to get to the solution.
Now, I know what you're thinking. It's easy to say, but not easy to do. However, always remember that struggling is a part of winning. Carry the confidence to push on and tell yourself that you can do better. Don't let your past mistakes, define you. Don't let the corporate world define your aspiring career. Go for your dream job. Even if you can't, at least you tried, because what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
