It's coming up on Midterms for the spring semester so it's natural to feel some sort of anxiety during this time period. Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems on college campus's today. It's also likely that college students suffering from anxiety will also suffer from an anxiety attack during this exam period while trying to prepare. Whether its boy problems, self-confidence issues, or fear you are facing causing anxiety, here are five songs to help combat your anxiety so you know you are worth more.
