1. Holidays will always be different without you.
Around this time of year is when I miss you the most. Christmas has passed, which was our favorite time of the year. I remember when I use to help you put up your tree with all 1,000 of your ornaments while listening to your old records on your record player. The moment when you walked into our house Christmas day with a huge smile on your face showed me that you were the happiest person on this planet just because you were spending time with family.
2. The things you taught me.
You are the most warmhearted and kind person I have ever known in my life. I can't thank you enough for teaching me how to be such an amazing women. I use to get down on myself all the time, but I always knew when I came to see you, you would pick me right back up and put a smile on my face.
3. Your display of unconditional love.
I cannot recall how many times I needed to talk to someone and you were the one that was always there. I could sit down and talk to you about anything and somehow you always knew the right answers to everything. You gave me advice on family issues, friends, school and even boy problems. You always have given the support I needed and never failed to not make me happy.
4. Your forever happiness.
No matter the day or time, you were never one to be unhappy. I heard from everyone who knew you, that you never had a frown on your face. Your happiness taught me to always look at the positives in any kind of situation which has helped me throughout my whole life. Your spirits were always high when I was around you and that is what I loved about you the most.
5. Our "best-friend" relationship.
My grandma was way more than just my grandma. She was my true best friend and still is to this day. I can not imagine having to go through life without you. I am so thankful for the amazing years I got to spend with you. If I could chose to have an infinity amount of days with you, I would do it in a heart beat, but I know that you are happy and healthy where you are right now.
An angel was taken from this world when you passed, but God gained an amazing and beautiful one. For the longest time I was miserable and heartbroken to know that you were really gone, but I soon came to understand that your pain was taken away and you were in a happier place. You are hands down the most grateful part of my life and I am so thankful to be able to call you my grandma.
Forever loved and missed, I love you Grandma.
