I've finally decided that I needed to start noticing the things that I love about myself. Never be ashamed of knowing your own beauty and being confident in yourself. There are many beautiful things about me that I need to start reminding myself.

1. My big heart

One of the most beautiful features someone can possess is having a big heart. I love having a big heart because I know that I will never fail to be there for someone who needs it. My heart is so big that I care for everyone, including people who have done me wrong.

2. My smile

My smile is beautiful because it is unique. I love smiling and I definitely love making others smile. My smile is beautiful because it is big and shows the happiness that I feel.

3. My mindset

My mindset is different from any other person. I'm confident that I have a good head on my shoulders. I have many goals that I know I will achieve.

4. My body

My body is beautiful because it is like no other body on this earth. It is a one of a kind and it is made from God.

5. My strength

Just like everyone else, I've had my own hard times. But I've also managed to be strong enough to get through them. I could cry, and also be able to wipe my own tears away. Sometimes when I get sad, I am strong enough to talk myself up and get me back on track.

Always remember to remind yourself of the beauty that you hold.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
