Basketball season is my favorite and easily tops any other sport. Baseball is boring, football is okay, golf puts me to sleep, soccer is...eh. I love watching basketball games and rooting for the Houston Rockets because I was born and raised in Houston, baby!
Now if you are a basketball fan, you already know that watching your team play on TV is quite interesting. You get so into the game and suddenly catch yourself screaming and yelling at that darn TV as if the people on it can hear you. Now imagine actually being there. You get to yell and scream and maybe this time they'll actually hear you. Sounds great, doesn't it? It definitely is. If you've never been to an NBA game, you're totally missing out. You should take the chance and see an NBA game live. Here are 5 reasons why:
1) Witness greatness firsthand.
You never know when basketball’s most skilled and athletic players are going to make history. Being there live can mean witnessing one of the clutch moments in your team’s history. Talk about bragging rights.
2) The atmosphere.

Oh boy! If you think screaming at that TV is fun, try it at a game! The whole stadium will be screaming along with you. SO MUCH FUN.
3) Huge margarita swirls.
A huge frozen margarita swirl at the tip of your fingers while you enjoy watching and cheering on your favorite players on that court.
4) Breathe the same air as NBA legends.
When you see the retired jerseys of former players lining the halls and sit in the seats of those who witnessed those icons firsthand, you’ll feel a sense of pride you can’t find anywhere else.
5) The energy of a live NBA game is enough to turn anyone into a fan.
GO ROCKETS!
