With Thanksgiving right around the corner, you're probably hearing people talk about what they are thankful for. It's definitely a topic that gets brought up at the Thanksgiving dinner table and almost anytime during the month of November. The big things are usually what most people are thankful for, but what about the small and random things? Here's an incomplete list of all the random things you should be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

1. Your boss giving you the day you requested off.

Technically, your boss doesn't have to give you a day off just because you asked for it and gave them two weeks in advance.

2. Not having to set an alarm in the morning.

Coming from somebody who works at 3am or 4:30am on the regular, this is one of the best feelings in the world.

3. Comfy clothes.

Whether it's fuzzy socks or your favorite pair of sweatpants. Comfy clothes are definitely something to be thankful for.

4. Making a light before it turns red.

Not that getting stuck at a red light is the worst thing ever, but making it while it's still yellow it such a satisfying feeling.

5. Odyssey and its writers.

You should be thankful for Odyssey's writers for always having an article that you can relate to.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
