Between you and me, going to the gym is not the most fun task. For one thing, actually finding time to do so is tiring all in itself. So, when I discovered that workout apps existed, I realized I could exercise at any time and stay right in the comfort of my own home. Thank goodness for the digital age, or I would've had to drive to the nearest YMCA...which is 30 minutes away from me.

In light of this happy news, I gathered a few of my favorite workout apps! No more waking up at 6 a.m. to make it to the gym and back!

Here's a list of some free apps to check out!

1. Sworkit

This app is great for anyone who is starting out their workout routine. If you want to focus more on getting leaner or building more muscle, Sworkit is customizable to whatever type of exercise you want to do.

2. Qinetic

As great as workout classes can be, not all of us have the funds to pay for them, nor can all of us make it to 8 a.m. classes. Luckily, there's an app that lets you watch workout videos through an on-demand service -- how great is that??

3. Keelo

Keelo is the next best thing. It gives you access to a fitness coach right on the go. Whether you need feedback or just have some questions regarding your workout routine, Keelo allows you to contact a coach via email (or chat if you buy the premium package).

4. Daily Yoga

If you're a yoga fiend like me, you'll love having this yoga app right in the palm of your hands. Those 6 a.m. yoga classes aren't the only way you can get your zen on now. Try this app, and you'll feel rejuvenated just as you would in a real yoga class!

5. Fitbod

Fitbod allows you to build a customizable workout plan. So, whether you just started a workout regimen or have been too busy to go to the gym, Fitbod works with wherever you are in the workout world. The app helps guide you through how many reps you should do, how many sets to do, and whether or not to use weights. Fitbod assists you in every way possible.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
