Banana Nice-Cream: is one of the most healthiest ways to eat a guilt free, ice-cream craving. My suggestion for you is to let a bundle of bananas ripen, and then take off the peel and put them in the freezer for 24 hours. Depending on what flavor of ice cream you are interested in creating, stack up on a few of these ingredients: almond milk, vanilla extract, raw carob powder, cashews, dates and more. Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie: This is a perfect dessert for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and any winter holiday! You'll seriously have to keep this in mind while baking in the holidays. I can assure you, all of you friends and family will want to eat seconds. The best part about it is they can--guilt free.
The sole purpose of sharing that you can eat vegan desserts is not to convert you into a vegan or pressure you into this lifestyle. In fact, it is to broaden your perspective into a healthier eating habits. When you're avoiding animal products, it is going to be easier on your digestive system and make you feel energized.
