With 2017 finally here, many of us have set to make 2017 the year of all years. Let's face it, 2016 was not fair to any of us, and it made sure it did as much damage to our lives as possible up to the last second. The thing about these new years resolutions is often the same. 1. Get In Shape
Something that never gets old is hearing everyone swear to make the particular year be about getting in better shape. These types of new years resolutions can range from eating less fat food to going to gym more and actually exercising. Despite our high health expectations at the beginning of the new year, we often steer away from any dietary or exercise plan by the half-way mark of the year.
2. Stop A Bad Habit
At a certain point in your life, you begin to realize that some of your habits are not necessarily ideal for your health and overall well-being. This is why we like to start the new year by begin to kick bad habits such consuming tobacco and alcoholic beverages. While there is there a high chance of returning to these bad habits, a lot of the time these resolutions turn out to be successful.
3. Travel More
Something that is becoming a trend amongst the younger generations is the fact they are growing a desire to travel the world. Since it is encouraged for younger adults to travel the world we are often meet with a tremendous amount of support from our friends and family to pursue these types of resolutions.
4. Save More Money
Seeing that we are living in a world that commonly sees inconstancy in the financial well-being of the millions of citizens that make up the different countries, a lot of new years resolutions that are made have to deal with becoming more finically stable. These resolutions sometimes revolve around getting a new job, however, these resolutions deal with spending less money more times than none. It is encouraged for millennials to pursue this type of new years resolution as we need to save as much money as possible to ensure we have a sense of finical stability as we enter the real world.
5. Be More Environmentally Friendly
With a tremendous amount of hype surrounding the “Go Green” Movement, there seems to be a fair share of people creating New Years Resolutions that involve them preserving the environment. These resolutions can range from avoiding car pollution by walking whenever possible to growing your own fruits and vegetables in order to cut back on the pollution involved in the fast food industry.
