5 Artists You Need To Know About

We are all a sucker for some new music. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you discover a new artist. Once you discover someone new you just want to tell everyone you know about them, you want to brag about them like they're your child. The best time to discover new music is the summer, with all of the summer playlists you hear at parties and BBQ's you are bound to find some new artists. But, just in case you need some new artists in the mean time here are 5 artists that you need to listen to this summer!

1. Hey Violet

Hey Violet first made their debut last summer while opening up for 5 Seconds of Summer. You can catch them on tour again with 5 Seconds of Summer this year! Their smash single "I Can Feel It" was a hit last summer along with their "I Can Feel It EP." They are debuting some of their new music on tour this summer and it has been long over due. They have made some all around changes to their band and we can't wait to hear their new music!

2. With Confidence

If you loved this years Warped Tour lineup then you will love this next band! With Confidence is a punk band from Australia that is taking the States by storm! With their debut album "Better Weather" just getting released and them landing a spot on this years Warped Tour, we know for sure that you're going to want to keep and eye out on this band because big things are to come!

3. Roy English

Only releasing a few singles in the past, Roy English has finally released an EP and it is all we could've ever asked for. With his angelic voice his "I'm Not Here, Pt.1 EP" has blessed our ears with his amazing ballads. You can follow his musical adventures on Snapchat, RoyEnglish. You can also catch Roy English on the second part of 5 Seconds of Summer's North American leg of the tour this summer!

4. LANY

LANY has been my latest obsession, after discovering them I listened to them nonstop for a good month! They're a mixture of dreamy pop and R&B classic, which makes their sound, well, dreamy. Their new album "Kinda" just dropped and they just released tour dates, so you better catch up if you want to catch LANY on tour this fall!

5. Oh Wonder

Based out of England, Oh Wonder has R&B vibes with beautiful voices are behind the bands name. With their debut album out now, they are now touring on their own and with Halsey! You can catch them opening for Halsey this summer and on their own tour in the fall!
