Listening to new music, especially by your favorite artists, can already give you chills. Then listening to the individual words can hit your emotions even harder. Suddenly, you find out the meaning of all the words and phrases that corresponds to the music video. Music gives such a rush, you replay it over and over again and you have your favorite lyrics that you rewind at a specific place to hear again until the words are stitched into your brain. Some of them are simple 1-2 phrase lyrics and some of them are half a chorus to capture the magic. Most of the songs I listen to, I seek out these lyrics and I just think they're so beautifully written and crafted into the song that I'd like to point them out. They don't have to be happy, wonderful lyrics. They're lyrics to me that make me have that tingling feeling when sung. Even a simple rhyme could set it off.

1. Little Big Town - "Girl Crush"

"I want her long, blonde hair/I want her magic touch

Yeah, cause maybe then/You'd want me just as much"

2. Taylor Swift - "Blank Space"

"But you'll come back each time you leave

Cause, darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream"

3. Carrie Underwood - "Jesus Take the Wheel"

"She had a lot on her mind and she didn't pay attention/She was going way too fast

Before she knew it, she was spinning on a thin, black sheet of glass"

"Cause even the stars, they burn/Some even fall to the Earth

We got a lot to learn/God knows we're worth it"

5. Train - "If It's Love"

"Took a loan on a house I own/Can't be a Queen Bee without a bee throne

I wanna buy you everything except cologne/Cause it's poison

We can travel to Spain where the rain falls mainly on the plain

Sounds insane, cause it is, we can laugh, we can sing/Have ten kids and give them everything"

6. Hinder - "Lips of an Angel"

"Well, my girl's in the next room/Sometimes I wish she was you

I guess we never really moved on"

7. Paramore - "Misery Business"

"Woah, I never meant to brag/But I got him where I want him now

Woah, it was never my intention to brag/To steal him all away from you now"

8. Taylor Swift - "New Romantics"

"Please take my hand/And, please take me dancing

And, please leave me stranded/It's so romantic"

9. Clean Bandit - "Rather Be"

As long as we're together/There's no place I'd rather be"

10. Taylor Swift - "The Story of Us"

11. Demi Lovato - "Cool For The Summer"

"Take me down into your paradise/Don't be scared cause I'm your body type"

12. Taylor Swift - "Clean"

"Ten months sober, I must admit/Just because you're clean don't mean you don't miss it

Ten months older, I won't give in/Now that I'm clean, I'm never gonna risk it"

13. Carrie Underwood - "Good Girl"

"Hey good girl/You got a heart of gold

You want a white wedding and a hand you can hold

Just like you should, girl/Like every good girl does

Want a fairy tale ending, somebody to love"

14. Taylor Swift - "Fifteen"

Wish you could go back and tell yourself what you know now"

She's got the future/And I got the past"

Think of my head on your chest/In my old faded blue jeans"

25. Jason Mraz - "I'm Yours"

And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer

My breath fogged up the glass/So I drew a new face and laughed"

"Let them say what they want/We won't hear it

Loose lips sink ships all the damn time/Not this time"

These songs are in no particular order, but maybe you'll understand a little more why I adore Taylor Swift so much. These are lyrics I love singing louder than the other words or their rhyme just takes me away. A lot of them are little pop songs you overhear on the radio, but some songs you really want to hear, they never play, and it makes them more special when you hear them and find these lyrics. I swear there are way more songs, but here are a few. Listen to them and you'll understand once you hear these lyrics, why I made this article.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
