26 Great Ways to Wake Up
www.todayifoundout.com

From romantic movies, we have learned that one of the sweetest ways to start your day is to wake up with the love your life beside you. You look into their eyes and think "wow, I get to wake up with this person everyday for the rest of my life." A dream come true, right? But something as difficult as waking up in the morning doesn't mean you need to have the love of your life beside you. Many couples do long distance, where the only feasible thing is to send a good morning "hello" or a nice call. Many aren't in relationships and that is okay too. We have other people, such as or friends and family, that we are woken up by. Something as simple as a text or a call can mean the world. Therefore, some of us are woken up by our loves, others are woken up by others ranging from a text to children jumping on our bed to wake up. However we are woken up, here is a list of ways to wake up in the morning. Hopefully you can apply some of these methods into your own life to make your process of waking up better.

1. Say "good morning."

Whether it is by phone, text or letter, saying good morning can make a bad day into a good day.

2. Say "hello."

Show them that you are willing to talk with them.

3. Say "what are you going to do today?"

Asking them this question most of the time makes a person motivated to want to do something with their day.

4. Say "Time to wake up."

Be their alarm and get them up.

4. Send a rejuvenating song to wake them up.

Songs are such a sweet way to wake up in the morning.

5. Send an upbeat song.

Get this person pumped for their day.

6. Send a happy song.

What a better way to make someone instantly happy.

7. Send a love song.

If you love this person, this is a sweet way to wake up in the morning.

8. Send them a happy quote.

Happiness can start with something as simple as a sweet quote.

9. Send them a funny quote.

A little humor on a Monday morning, what a great way to start the day off.

10. Send them a motivational quote.

This is an alternative to music to feel motivated about your morning.

11. Send them a funny picture.

Who doesn't like to admire funny things?

12. Bounce on the bed and say "it is Christmas. I want to open my Christmas gifts."

Maybe it is Christmas, maybe it isn't? Nothing better than a practical prank.

13. Bounce on the bed and say "I want to go on an adventure."

We see this in the movies all the time. Lot of us must of done this to our parents as kids. So why not try this method out?

14. Bounce on the bed.

Bouncing on the bed is fun. Not the best way to be woken up though.

15. Bring them coffee.

My grandfather brings coffee to my grandma every morning. Definition of true love if coffee is involved. Just a little espresso and you can easily start your day.

16. Bring them the paper.

Stay informed on what is happening in the world.

17. Bring them breakfast in bed.

Better reason not to get out of bed and still get food.

18. Bring them the toilet.

Just joking. Let them handle their business in their own time.

19. Give them a back massage.

If you are already up and bored, make use of your hands.

20. Pull them out of bed.

This is not nice. But if this is a way to get motivated and get up, be pulled out of bed once or twice.

21. Shine Light into their eyes.

Who likes to be blinded with bright light in the morning? Any takers?

22. Throw a practical prank. Dip their finger in water. Not a nice idea. Don't listen to this advice.

24. Hug them.

This is a sweet way to show you care.

25. Kiss them.

Kissing is great anytime and anywhere.

26. Cuddle them.

Or don't get out of bed that morning and cuddle someone you love.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
