25 Annoying Questions We All Ask Our Boyfriends
Thought Catalog

It has been months down the road and I am surprised my boyfriend has not completely ripped my head off yet! I mean don't get me wrong, I am not that awful to deal with but some of the questions I ask him are bizarre and maybe a little annoying.

What can I say? I am just really comfortable with him and at this point, he has fully gotten to know me and my antics. He knows how weird I can be and loves me for it. He has seen me at my absolute worst and accepts me for who I am.

Most of the time, he thinks my remarks are funny but sometimes I see him shaking his head at how ridiculous I can be. I mean, we both know how absurd I can be but he doesn't judge me for what I say. I catch myself asking these questions on multiple occasions but I don't think I'm alone. Ladies, I know you can relate to these 25 questions and if not, you're probably super bearable and I respect you for it.

1. Can I please have a massage?

2. Can you give me and my friends a ride out tonight?

3. Do I look fat in this?

4. Do I look ugly?

5. Can you buy me food?

6. Can I have this sweatshirt?

7. Um, do you know where my phone is?

8. *at 1 am* Can you pick me up from Pub?

9. Can you help me ____ (do any minor task)?

10. How do I do this homework?

11. Can you carry me?

12. Can you get me water?

11. Do you love me?

12. Can you stay up for me till I get home?

13. *8 am* Can you wake up now?

14. Can you make me food?

15. Why aren't you answering my text?

16. Can we do something fun for once?

17. What are you doing? Can you hang out with me?

18. Are you checking her out?

19. Are you hungry?

20. How does this even work?

21. Can you drive my car?

22. This looks really nice, can you wear it?

23. Can you cut your hair?

24. Can you sleep over?

25. Can we work out?

I know I don't ask these because I am super insecure or have issues trusting him. It's just really nice sometimes to have a little justification or his support when I have actual issues. He knows that I ask these out of the goodness of my heart and that I love what he does for me. To know that he will always be there to answer my questions and help me makes me appreciate him that much more.

We are all guilty of being this annoying, but it is okay! After a month of dating me, I warned my boyfriend that I was a handful and he said, "Good thing I really like you!" At this point, he's in too deep to escape me, not that he would want to anyways.

After reading 1-25, I am even annoyed at myself. Although we know we can be annoying when we ask these questions, our boyfriends know we love and appreciate everything they do!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
