Oh, middle school. Not necessarily a place I would volunteer to go back to. Awkward is one word that comes to mind when I think about those days. Let's just say I was not very cool. One thing that was cool back then and is still cool now is the music. 2000s music is awesome, but it is often overshadowed by '80s and '90s music. Most likely written as "she wiiiiilllll be loooovvvveddd <3" as our Facebook statuses.

It's now a classic at every high school dance and wedding reception in America.

"Now what's cooler than bein' cool? Ice cold!"
8. "Stacy's Mom" - Fountains of Wayne (2003)
If your name was Stacy, that was unfortunate.
9. "1985" - Bowling For Soup (2004)
We had no idea what went on in 1985, but we still rocked out to this one.

We've cheered for Kelly ever since her first audition on "American Idol."
