So no one told you life was gonna be this way....
CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
Let's talk about "Friends." (Well, after you finish singing the theme song in your head, you're welcome by the way) It is one of my favorite TV shows of all time. The first time I watched it, it took me a month and ten days to get through all ten seasons. I spent many of those 22ish minute (usually) episodes laughing, crying, and loving every second. It is an unforgettable television show in general, but there are some moments and episodes in "Friends" that I will always remember as being the best for a number of different reasons.
1. "Could I be wearing ANY more clothes?"
I mean what's funnier than Ross being annoyed that no one is ready and then Joey pulling this stunt?
2. When everyone finds out about Monica and Chandler's relationship
I love Chandler and Monica's relationship and I loved how big of a deal it was for the group to find out about their relationship, as well as this one-liner from Phoebe.
3. Monica and Chandler's first "I love you"
Who could forget the turkey on her head when she said this?
4. "The One With The Football"
Every Thanksgiving episode is memorable, but I've seen this one about four times and I never get sick of it. Maybe it's because I so relate to Monica's level of competitiveness, or maybe it's because I have no idea about football like Rachel.
5. When Ross offers to drink the fat for Rachel
Seriously, the best way to show someone you love them is to drink the fat.
6. The time Chandler was in a box
This whole episode is gold, but Monica's famous freak-out after suggesting to invite Richard's cute son where she says, "Fine but married a lesbian, left a guy standing at the altar, married a gay ice dancer, threw a girl's wooden leg in the fire, LIVE IN A BOX.," is my favorite part.
7. The time Ross demonstrated dinosaur calls
This just doesn't need an explanation.
8. "I, Ross, take thee, Rachel"
What's not to love..... Rachel coming to admit her feelings to Ross, and then Ross and his royal screw up. Unless you liked Emily (but why would you), this is one of the best moments ever.
9. The time a girl tried to take food from Joey
If there's one thing "Friends" taught me, it's that Joey Tribbiani doesn't share food.
10. The episode that was one giant game of "Don't Let The Ball Touch The Floor"
And then when Phoebe just nonchalantly sets it down, your heart sinks.
11. When Ross finds out how Rachel feels
A truly ICONIC moment of the show that began one of TV's bumpiest but best relationships.
12. When we figure out how good of a friend Joey really is
I'm really not sure if I would pee on my friends like Joey would.
13. Everyone's favorite song of Phoebe's
It's not your fault, Smelly Cat. I mean it.
14. Chandler and Monica's proposal

I was ugly crying by the end of this scene. We all waited so long for this moment and it was really special.
15. The time Monica got really drunk
Pretty self-explanatory. It's just hilarious.
16. When Ross taught us all an important lesson in grammar
Thanks Ross.
17. When Rachel got off the plane![]()
I mean, they are each other's lobsters.
18. Pranking in the name of Unagi
"Say it! Say we are unagi!"
19. When the group made sure Ugly Naked Guy was alive![]()
Finally Joey got use out of all of the chopsticks he had left over.
20. The floating heads
Another iconic moment that has had so many screenshots taken of it. (Me included)
21. The time Phoebe made everyone get off the plane
I quoted this whole scene in English class this past year and I wasn't ashamed then and I'm still not. If I ever get on a plane, I want to make sure the phalange is there.
And finally......
22. Panning through the empty apartment...
Okay, so I couldn't find a gif of the actual camera panning through the apartment, but you get the point.... When they all put the keys on the table at the end (the keys that they didn't ever use because the door was always unlocked), it just broke my heart and I started crying. And let's be real, if you watched the show in its entirety, you cried too.
So if you haven't seen all 10 seasons of "Friends", go watch that right now. And if you have, I'll leave you with this.
"I'll be there for you, 'cause you're there for me, too."
