22 Things To Thank Your Boyfriend For

Whether you’re in a long distance relationship or you see your boyfriend every day, sometimes we girlfriends forget to thank them for the smallest things they do to make our days better. If it’s watching “Criminal Minds” instead of “South Park” or helping you study for your upcoming midterm, here are just a few of the things you should thank your boyfriend for. Thank you...

...For always being there

Whether it's 3 a.m. on a Monday when you have to be up at 5 or if I'm just having a really bad day, thank you for being there to make it better.

...For putting up with me when I'm not at my best

I know I occasionally get moody or am just having a bad day and want to eat pizza and watch "Grey's" in my sweatpants. Thank you for loving me regardless of my mood or appearance.

...For taking constant pictures with me

Even though you may think a Snapchat or selfie isn't necessary every time we're together, thank you for taking them anyways because you know it makes me happy.

For always supporting me

If I have a big paper or am just overwhelmed with school or life, thank you for being my rock and supporting me with everything I do.

...For being my best friend

Knowing that I can go to you for everything means more than you know; thank you for being my best friend when I need you most.

...For being my favorite adventure

Between trips to the beach or going on the biggest roller coasters, thank you for always bringing me on adventures (even if I'm chicken sometimes).

...For pursuing your goals

Seeing you go after your dreams motivates me to be better. Thank you for always setting a good example; you make me want to be a better person.

...For listening to me

I know you don't always care about that annoying girl in class I've complained about a million times or what happened on "Scandal" last night, but thank you for listening to me anyways.

...For spoiling me

Whether you take me on dates, mail me surprise packages, or buy me that super cute item I've been swooning over for months, thank you for treating me like a princess.

...For always making me laugh

No matter how bad my day is or what mood I'm in, thank you for always putting a smile on my face.

...For letting me be me

Let's be honest, I enjoy wearing sweats more than jeans, I hardly ever do my hair, and watch way too much "Say Yes to the Dress," but thank you for loving me regardless of my taste in clothes or TV shows.

...For all the piggyback rides, cuddles, and forehead kisses

After a long day, I know the last thing you want to do is carry me around or play with my hair, but thank you for doing it anyway because you know I love it.

...For putting up with my indecisiveness

I will probably never make a decision, so thank you for always sucking it up and making one for me.

...For compromising with me on Netflix shows (kind of)

I know you don't want to spend your days watching bridal shows or "Grey's Anatomy," so when I'm being stubborn and don't want to compromise and watch "SVU," thank you for watching what I want.

...For loving me even when I don’t love myself

There are many times when I may not think I’m the skinniest or the prettiest; thank you for always insisting I am, even if I don’t always listen.

...For making my problems your problems

Whether it’s a class or problem with a friend, thank you for always making my problems yours and helping me through them.

...For coming to visit me

I know dealing with long distance isn’t easy, but thank you for taking the time and spending the money to spend a weekend with me.

...For letting me steal half your wardrobe

There’s nothing better than an oversized sweatshirt (or four). Thank you for letting me steal numerous amounts of t-shirts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts from your closet.

...For all the little things

Whether it’s telling me I look pretty, texting me something cute, or taking five minutes out of your day to call me, thank you for all the little things you do.

...For posting that Instagram I begged you for

You’re a guy and I know posting about your girlfriend isn’t the most manly thing to do in the world, but thank you for doing it anyways, it makes my day.

...For putting up with my tardiness

I’m never ever on time for anything. Face it, I’ll be late to my own funeral. Thank you for putting up with my constant tardiness even if you hate being late.

...For motivating me

When I don’t want to get out of bed or feel like I can’t do those last four pages of reading, thank you for pushing me to do my best.

...For being everything I could ever hope for

I know I don’t say it enough, thank you for being you and for being the best guy I could ever ask for.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
