To the man who stole my heart,
Here’s to the man that I tried playing “cool” with when I knew I was falling for you and didn’t know how you felt. You are my best friend and my boyfriend, I couldn’t imagine a day without you by my side. There are a million reasons why but I will only list a few!
- You make me laugh like no one else can. Even in the worst of moods I can’t be angry with you, no matter how hard I try.
- You make me realize life doesn’t need to be serious and perfect all the time, that it is okay to laugh and be goofy.
- You let me complain to you about anything, and always have some type of advice to give that is needed. Even if it is saying how dumb it was of me to complain about that.
- When I don’t feel like driving, you are more than willing to take over without a question asked, even if you’re tired.
- You start my car for me, and when it’s winter you even scrape it off.
- You buy me food.
- You cuddle with me and play with my hair.
- You give me massages whenever I ask.
- You give me your honest opinion about anything and everything. And listen to me MOST of the time.
- I don’t have to always be dressed up or looking perfect to be around you.
- Your favorite outfit on me is sweats. Because what kind of girl doesn’t like dressing comfy?
- Our favorite kind of dates are when we stay in and watch movies together.
- You let me cry when I need to, and don’t make fun of how I look while crying.
- You ALWAYS tell me how beautiful I look, even if I disagree.
- You go with the flow for taking pictures together no matter how many we take (although there is some complaining on your end), I know you do it to make me happy. Just know it does!
- You watch chick-flicks with me and don’t complain about doing so.
- You understand when I’m on that special time of the month and I just need chocolate.
- When I set goals you help push and motivate me to achieve them.
- You help me see things from a different perspective, and that it’s not all about me.
- You are patient with me on everything, especially when I'm learning new things.
- You treat me like your princess!
- You are you, and I wouldn’t trade you for the world. So thank you for being yourself.
I could go on and on with very specific items and also generalized. This is just the start and most importantly to thank you for being everything I could ever dream of and more. You make me the happiest girl, I love you so much!
