I believe that once in a generation, we get blessed with a sitcom that "just works". You feel like you are watching someone's life unfold, instead of just watching a television screen. There is a group of characters that click and that you can relate to on a personal level. You are deeply impacted when something wonderful or tragic happens to them and you tune in because you are so anxious to find out what happens next. It is a show that you could watch by yourself for hours on end, catch the reruns on different channels or have marathons with your best "F.R.I.E.N.D.S"

My favorite sitcom tells the story of six friends, that become family to one another, and are trying to make it in on their own in New York City. It is a show that has made me feel like I am never alone and that I can truly do anything I want to in life. My favorite television show will always be "F.R.I.E.N.D.S".

Here are 19 ways you can tell that you are a "F.R.I.E.N.D.S" fanatic.

1) You compare your best friends to Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, and Joey.

You have the smart friend, the not-so-smart friend, the free spirit, the comedian, the "mom", and the girl next door. You have all of these "F.R.I.E.N.D.S" and you wouldn't trade them for anything. Which friend are you?

2) You have watched all of the episodes on Netflix in chronological order.

There's nothing better than grabbing your coziest blanket, your favorite cup of hot coffee and binge-watching "F.R.I.E.N.D.S" for hours.

3) You have at least one "F.R.I.E.N.D.S" themed caption on an Instagram picture.

"I'll be there for you, cause you're there for me too." There's not many people that you would say this to, but you know that they are meaningful words because of your favorite show.

4) You quote episodes of the show when similar situations come up in your real life.

Come on...you know you have wanted to say this (or might have already said) to someone. The bandaid on your head is optional.

5) You can sit and drink coffee with your best friends for hours on end and not get bored.

The best ideas, jokes, memories, and friendships should always start with a big hot cup of joe and a comfy couch.

6) You get really, really excited when a coffee cup, as big as your face, is delivered to you.

If you are a true coffee aficionado, like myself, you know no mug will ever be big enough.

7) You don't believe in soulmates, you only believe in finding your lobster.

I gave up on finding my soulmate a while ago...I just want my lobster. Every girl needs a guy like Ross in her life!

8) You have tried to see how many chopsticks you could tie together.

You have to use all of those chinese food chopsticks for something...so why not try to poke your neighbor across the street?

9) You didn't know anything about paleontology before your first encounter with Ross.

Well...you know that is a very important dinosaur egg...Right?

10) If you ever go to Vegas, you know to stay far away from the wedding chapels.

Alcohol and your ex boyfriend in Vegas equals the possibility of many regretful decisions.

11) You never thought the idea of a purple apartment was weird.

You really never even cared because let's be real, that apartment was the best!

12) You are confident you can sing better than Phoebe.

"Smelly cat, smelly cat, what are they feeding youuuu..." (Cue Mariah Carey hand)

13) You know that in order to be happy in life, you need a great barcalounger to relax in.

Get a meatball sub with extra mozzarella and you're set.

14) If your best friend got stung by a jellyfish, you would pee on them to stop the pain.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

15) You hope that if one day, you try to move out of the country, that the love of your life will try to stop you.

You're lying if you have never thought about this.

16) The idea of possibly marrying your best friend makes your heart smile with pure joy.

I hope that I get to be as happy as Mon and Chandler were and that I get to marry someone I can call my best friend.

17) You know that New York City will always be the greatest city in the world.

You can't even have this argument with me...

18) You dream that one day you will have an apartment with you best friends as your roommates and living next door.

IT WOULD BE LIKE COLLEGE...BUT IN THE REAL WORLD.

19) You know that life is all about the F.R.I.E.N.D.S that you make along the way.

Your friends will be there for you through everything. There are times when you are going to like them more than your family. They are the people that will help you grow more than anyone else.

"F.R.I.E.N.D.S"will be a pretty tough show to beat in the coming years. Not many shows make people laugh, cry or smile like this one. The fanatics will stay around for years to come because they spread across generations. The show proves how the perfect blend of people, a relatable plot and real love stories will no doubt lead to success. I know "F.R.I.E.N.D.S" will always be there for me!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
