Christmas is right around the corner, but it is the true fanatics that begin getting in the "holiday spirit" weeks before Thanksgiving. As a holiday fanatic, I can honestly say that I have already begun to light the pine tree scented candles and Christmas music has begun to dominate the radio every time I am in the car. There is one additional way that I have embraced the December Holiday prematurely –– through my workouts.
