It's that time again! Time to spend countless hours in the library wasting away, not showering for days, eating only Jimmy Johns and pizza, and dreading the send out of final grades. But what if this time of year wasn't like that? An April or May without mental breakdowns and junk food-induced acne? What if you could do *gasp* something else but study during exams? Here are some less responsible alternatives.
1. Watching Netflix
2. Going to Taco Tuesday and having endless margaritas, chips, and salsa.
3. Reading a good non-school related book.
4. Laying in bed doing literally nothing for five hours (me).
5. Looking up karaoke youtube videos and singing along when no one else is home (also me).
6. Practicing contouring with the help of foreign Instagram accounts.
7. Laying out at the pool.
8. Planning a perfect vacation to go on after school gets out.
9. Going to the gym, actually for the first time since January.
10. Sitting in your room stressing about how you aren't studying for exams.
11. Doing something different to your hair and spending an hour trying to selfie from a good angle.
12. Going to the animal shelter and playing with the cute dogs and cats.
13. Painting and/or making crafts for your apartment.
14. Obsessively planning out your complete schedule for next semester.
15. Adding everything to your planner, even if it already happened.
16. Making brownies and instinctively eating the entire pan.
So clearly I'm not a good influence, but you can't tell me that all of these things don't sound more appealing than spending an entire week surrounded by textbooks.
