Watching Disney movies is a key part of childhood for most people. Everyone can quote at least one Disney movie, and for true fans, we can quote multiple movies word for word. Disney movies always provide a fantasy world that kids dream of living in, while also teaching kids valuable lessons. Unfortunately, a lot of us didn't really notice these lessons until we got older.

1. "Pocahontas."

Big decisions can be really hard to make, and sometimes you might make a decision just because it's the easiest one, but that doesn't make it the right choice.

2. "Tangled."

Keep reading. Read as many books as you can as often as you can.

3. "The Little Mermaid."

Things aren't always what they seem to be, and sometimes that's for the best.

4. "Monsters, Inc."

Sometimes friends leave, and that's OK. It just means that a new, even better person is about to walk into your life.

5. "Hannah Montana: The Movie."

There might be a lot of difficult things you have to go through, but once you get past them everything is great.

6. "Smart House."

When things get rough, just throw a dance party with all of your friends.

7. "A Bug's Life."

Puberty ends eventually, so stop worrying about it.

8. "Ratatouille."

Be yourself! Love yourself! Don't let the opinions of others define you.

9. "The Princess Diaries."

Same concept as before, but only you can decide how you feel. Don't let anyone else tell you differently.

10. "Finding Nemo."

If you reach a hard time in your life, just keep pushing through. It'll be worth it when it's all over.

11. "Halloweentown."

Don't judge a book by its cover because sometimes people can surprise you in the best ways.

12. "The Lion King."

You can always find someone that shares your same views on things. Even when you feel like you don't fit in, there are other people who feel the exact same way that can become your best friends.

13. "Sleeping Beauty."

Don't give up on your dreams!

14. "Kim Possible: A Stitch in Time."

Never, ever take naps for granted.

15. "The Cheetah Girls."

Always stick with your girls (or guys!) because no one knows you better, and no one can compare to them.
