It's that time of year: the leaves are beginning to change color and they cover driveways and cars. The air becomes brisk and the sun shines with a red glow all day. We begin pulling out our sweaters and boots and put away our sandals and tanks. As summer fades away and fall rolls in, Mother Nature just simply confuses us the hell out of. It's no doubt the most difficult part of the year in every way.
1) No one knows what to do with their time now. We go from filling the summer with trips to the lake and weekends at the beach with friends. Are there even any hobbies to keep us busy during the fall?
2) Afternoon football games: what are you supposed to do between that awkward time of when it ends and when it officially becomes Saturday night??
3) Asking other friends if you can borrow their closet to fit you huge sweater and jackets in.
4) Not accepting that you officially have lost your summer tan. But that's okay, everyone else has too, so you're not the only one that looks like Kasper.
5) With the days getting shorter it makes it harder and harder to be productive later in the evening. By the time it's 6:30, the sun is almost completely sunk, so we should be, too!
6) When the weather is so nice outside, studying in the library just seems like a waste...but there's my Genetic exam tomorrow...
7) Let's be honest though, even with all the struggles, we're getting closer and closer to Christmas!
