Cheerleaders–they really are some of the sassiest and most talented people in the world. It's super easy to spot a cheerleader, even when they aren't wearing their uniform. There's just something about their personality that indicates they spend their time cheering on their favorite team every Friday night. Whether you cheered in high school and college, or if you're a cheerleader now, here's a few signs you can relate to.
1. You remember every single move from the first dance you learned at cheer camp.

2. You constantly walk around doing cheer motions everywhere.

3. The higher the ponytail the better.

4. You dream about your competition routine in your sleep.

5. You will make sure your opinion is always heard when someone says cheerleading is not a sport.

6. Hearing the words "full out" makes you cringe every time.

7. You're committed to cheerleading 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

8. You are afraid of your coach and will throw any skill for them because you know the consequences if you don't.

9. Whether it's your ankles, knees, or wrists, some parts of your body will never be the same.
I haven't tumbled in years, and my ankles still hurt me every, single day.
10. When your coach said time to condition, you knew your life was about to be over.

11. The adrenaline rush you get when landing a new skill is indescribable...especially when you land it with your best friend.

12. You will always do everything in 8-counts.

13. At the end of the day, the blood, sweat, and tears are truly worth it for the love of the game.
So to all my fellow cheerleaders out there, we are true athletes and sass queens. Keep cheering on because the world truly needs us.
