12 Thoughts We've All Had On An Airplane

Hopefully there's no snakes on this plane.

12 Thoughts We've All Had On An Airplane
Wonderful Engineering

The airport is one of the most exciting places to be. People are going and coming from all around the world. But, you never really know what kind of travel experience you are going to get. It can either be super easy with no issues at all, or it could be the worst experience ever. Here are some thoughts that we all have while on an airplane.

1. "Why am I not in first class?"

Look at their comfy seats...they'll have no issues sleeping.

2. "Please do not sit next to me."

There's nothing more I want than to have the seat next to me empty.

3. "That baby better not cry this entire flight."

There's no way I can put up with this the entire flight.

4. "Is the plane supposed to make that noise?"

I can't survive on a desert island if this thing goes down.

5. "At least I have a TV to keep me occupied."

Thank god there's a good selection of movies.

6. "You really had to recline your seat all the way back? There goes my leg room."

It's not like I had much leg room to begin with.

7. "I should have gotten food from the airport."

There is literally nothing worse than airplane food. Is this stuff even real?

8. "Why does the toilet scare me every single time?"

Why does it have to be so loud?

9. "If I don't fall asleep I am going to be sorry."

I am not going to be a functioning human.

10. "Nothing is worse than when people clap when the plane lands."

Completely unnecessary.

11. "We can get off now, why is no one moving out of my way?"

Get your stuff out of the overhead faster.

12. "Can't wait to do that again."

Have to get back some how.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
