1. You have a second wardrobe
Even though you always have an enormous amount of clothing, you still always think you have nothing to wear. When this happens, there is nothing better than going down the hall and raiding your sister’s closet. Beware: this is the number one cause of all fights between sisters. Make sure she knows first, because she will know just by looking at your social media that you are wearing her clothes. You will get the typical “Nice shirt, I wonder where you got it from” comment on your instagram photo.
2. You hate being apart
When apart, there are always the typical “I miss you” snapchats or the “sister withdrawal” text messages. You want your sister home every time you are home and when you don’t, it’s like there is something missing. Let’s be honest, I get mad when my sister leaves my room to go to the bathroom even though I know she will be back in a minute. Life is always better when you and your sister are together.
3. You are inseparable
The opposite of being apart is together, but when your sister is your best friend together does not explain it. When sisters have such a tight bond, they become inseparable. They want to do everything and anything together, even if it is going to get gas. If your sister is your best friend you will know the struggle of begging them to get up to come with you to run an errand.

Regardless, they are stuck with you. You always know that even though your sister is totally making fun of all the stuff you do, she is never judging you.

You are always guaranteed the truth, no matter how badly it may hurt. Whether it be about a boy, an outfit choice, etc., your sister will always give you her utmost and honest opinion. It may be a bit mean at times, but you know you can always rely on her to not make you look like a fool with her brutal honesty. 8. The drunken texts
When either one of you goes out you better expect the “I love you” and the “You’re the best sister ever” text messages. When drunk and emotional, sisters always find a way to profess how much they care and love each other. Even if they cannot spell all the words correctly, the texts are always appreciated.
9. You don’t judge each other
Apart of being a sister, is being there through everything each other has gone through. This means, that you know the bad times and good times your sister has endured and because of this there is never any judgment held against one another. A sister can always have an opinion but they never make a judgment.
