If you're a workaholic, nothing matters more than getting stuff done, and getting it done on time. No doubt you're juggling multiple jobs and majors. In fact, you probably run half of the clubs on campus. Most people will call you an overachiever and try to connect it back to some childhood trauma. But Freud aside, you know you just like to get shit done.
Your friends and family will try to distract you and make you chill for a minute, but when it comes down to it, you feel guilty if you're not doing something work related at all times.
They'll ask you why in the world you would willingly give up so much free time to be working. They'll ask, "Do you really have to work so much?" Well...
It is true that sometimes it can get overwhelming. You've got so much on your plate and so little time to finish it all. But it teaches you a lot of valuable skills.
You learn to speed read.
And speed type.
And multitask.
Still, it's easy to get frustrated. Sometimes your computer can't keep up with you.
And there are so many late-nighters.
To be honest, what even is sleep?
It can put you in quite a haze.
But all you need is a little coffee.
And self-reassurance.
And you're set to keep working until the day you die.
Good luck, friend!
