Finals week. The most dreaded words by college students, other than final grades. Finals are hard, terrifying, glorious, enlightening, and just downright horrible. Here are some simple steps of how to get through finals week.
1. Study

Seriously, you've got to study. Even if its just staring at the page for a couple hours, do it. You'll regret it if you don't.
2. Sleep

Literally any chance you get. Don't pass a nap up.
3. Caffeine

You do what you gotta do.
4. Cry
It isn't finals week without a few tears, either from relief, exhaustion, or a much needed breakthrough. You always feel better after some tears, its proven!
5. Panic
You will never get as much done as you will when you're in full out panic mode.
6. Take a break
Go outside, take a break, realize there is life outside of the library study carrels. Your brain can only handle so much.
7. Don't procrastinate

Just don't do it. You'll regret it.
8. Call your parents
Nobody knows how to fix a problem quite like those guys. Or at least make you forget about the problems for a while.
9. Eat
Eat the good stuff. Everybody loves ice cream for dinner, but that won't get you through that 8am final. Get some protein.
10. Nap
Seriously, don't pass up a napping opportunity.
11. Celebrate that its over
Partaaayyyyyy! Or sleep. Whichever you can hold out long enough for.
