I have seen dozens and dozens of articles on those friends you have that are the "mom" of your friend group. But what about us, the "infants" of the friend group? The one that has to be watched like a hawk all the time and guided through any minor inconvenience? We are the ones that are always late, always a mess, and always in need of a mother figure. (In case you weren't sure if you were the least mature of your group, you should know after this.)

1. You can never make decisions

Why is making a decision like pulling teeth? Life is so hard.

2. You constantly text your BFF/Mom

You literally text her about anything and chances are she has all the answers and all the advice you could ever need. You are so blessed.

3. You never plan anything

This pretty much sums up your whole life. It's probably why you're a mess all the time.

4. You are seriously so lazy

Your friends have to motivate you to do basic things, like clean your room or go to class.

5. Your friends constantly remind you of all the things you have to do

Why are you like this?

6. You are always running late

And your friends know you're going to be. That's why they have started lying to you about what time you have to be ready.

7. You ask a million questions

You never know anything. Even though you should because you've been told the plan for tonight at least 20 times but here you are asking AGAIN what time you all are meeting.

8. You act like the world is ending... a lot

A minor set back will send you into a dramatic rage. And yes your friends are right, you are just being dramatic

9. You can not dress yourself

It's not that you can't dress, you just can't do it without someone else picking out your outfit. You're basically a child.

10. Your friends tell you "no" a lot

They are basically keeping you alive by doing this.

11. But you are loved

Your friends all love you dearly because you are their child. You complete the group.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
