Your person is your soulmate - they are there for you at every step and vice versa. They are your rock, therapist, friend, sister and many other roles. You have been so lucky to have found your person. Your friendship could be like Christina Yang and Meredith Grey, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, or Rory and Lane. I met my person Sam only a year ago, and we clicked instantly. She became my person from the minute I met her. I love her with my whole heart. I'm so lucky to have to have her.
1. You can vent to each other.
One of the perks of having a person is that they are always there to vent to. You guys can rely on each other to be able to complain about anything, even each other.
2. Your Person comes first.
No matter what your person comes first, even before your boyfriend. She will always be your soulmate no matter what and if she needs you, you will be there.

No matter how bad your day was, your person can make it the best day. They will show up with food, movies and a shoulder to cry on.

You two are so close that people have just assumed that you two are dating. It doesn't bother you at all anymore - you just laugh and shrug it off.

You love your person, but it's annoying how well they know you or how good they are at things you suck at. There is always a part of you that wants to hit them.

Sleepovers will always be an option for you two. You will never grow out of them (ice cream will be always be included).

I know that I could call my person no matter the time, day, month, week, year, etc. She will always be there and vice versa.
