1. Goldendoodle

This mix of a golden retriever and poodle is my personal favorite. They are very kind and gentle. They also happen to be hypoallergenic! They are recommended for anyone with kids and those with anxiety. They are very similar to labradoodles (labrador poodle mix). If you mix the two, you get a double doodle!

2. Bernedoodle

This is a mix of a Bernese mountain dog and a poodle. They are also hypoallergenic. They are cute and fluffy. They are said to be very similar to goldendoodles but more loyal and laid back, not to mention a bit more stubborn.

3. Caucasion Ovcharka

This large dog can grow up to 200 pounds. These dogs must be trained properly because their purpose was to protect livestock. This can make them dominant and rough. I would not recommend them as a household pet but they are huge and awesome.

4. Red Queensland Heeler Mix

This dog is loyal, brave and hardworking. Since it is a herding dog, they need lots of exercise an activities to keep their mind busy. They are very easy to train but should not live in an apartment.

5. Pitsky

This dog is a cross between a pit bull and a husky. They love children and make a great family dog. They are easy to train but shed regularly. They have also been said to be escape artist so make sure your yard is fenced in.

6. Corgi Dalmatian

These dogs are very smart and want to serve their owners. They of course must be trained properly. It has the shape of a corgi and the coat of a dalmatian. They need plenty of exercise but can be house dogs.

7. Chusky

This dog is a mix between a chow chow and a husky. They are affectionate, loving, loyal and protective. They do shed frequently and need plenty of exercise. They are good with kids but require a lot of training.

8. Corgi German Shepard

This dog is easy to train and make good watch dogs. They require a good amount of training and lots of exercise. They are loyal, dedicated and very sweet.

9. Pomksy

This dog is a siberian husky and pomeranian mix. They are intelligent, loving and playful. They have lots of energy and are very easy to train. Some of these dogs take after pomeranians and can be skiddish around other dogs and kids.

10. Schnoodle

This dog is a poodle and a schnauzer. They are smart, active and adorable. They make a great lap dog and family dog. They have also been recommended as therapy dogs. They have a willingness to please their owners and are easy to train.

11. Aussiedoodle

This dog is a mix between a poodle and an Australian shepherd. They require exercise and make great therapy dogs. They are extremely intelligent and therefore need task to keep their minds busy.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
