ColourPop. I'm pretty sure you've heard the name before and if you haven't then you are missing out! ColourPop is a makeup brand that began in Los Angeles, CA. They utilize new trends as inspiration for their lipstick colors and everything else. Their products are only tested on humans and won't break the bank. Each of the lippies are only $6. Crazy right? While they offer a wide array of colors, it may be hard to figure out which one's are best for you as a woman of color. Here are my top 11 Ultra Matte Lips for WOC:
