"Scrubs" - A comedy told from the perspective of J.D., a witty and goofy doctor going through his residency and trying to decide what field he wants to go into. If you like "Grey’s Anatomy," "The Middle," or "Parks and Recreation," you should give this show a try!

"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" - A sitcom and a Netflix original about a woman named Kimmy who is trying to get used to the real world after being held hostage in a bunker for years. If you like "30 Rock," "The Office," or "2 Broke Girls," you should give this one a try!

"Portlandia" - Each episode is a series of comedic sketches. All of the sketches take place in Portland. This is a satirical show, and not a whole lot of people know about it. If you enjoy "Saturday Night Live" or "The Office," this show could definitely be for you!

"It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia" - This show follows a group of friends that all own a bar together. They get into hilarious situations. You’ll wish that you were a part of this squad. If you like "How I Met Your Mother" and "Parks and Recreation," you should check it out!

"Bates Motel" - This show is supposed to be the prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho.” It follows Norman Bates and his mother, and all of the crazy things they do in their new town. This is a drama that you will get hooked on fast. If you like "Criminal Minds" or "Dexter," this show may be a good pick for you!

"Grace and Frankie" - This is a fairly new show to Netflix, and it is absolutely hilarious. Grace and Frankie’s husbands both leave them for each other. The two girls are complete opposites, and it’s hilarious to watch them butt heads. If you like "Scream Queens" or "Gilmore Girls," you should try this Netflix Original!

"The Fosters" - This show is a drama that was originally featured on ABC Family. It follows two women who raise foster kids. The show follows the family’s life, and has so many twists and turns that you won’t believe. If you like "Glee" or "Pretty Little Liars," you should give this one a try!

"Bob’s Burgers" - This cartoon follows a normal family that runs a burger joint. The kids are hilarious, and there are so many episodes that will have you doubled over with laughter. I usually don’t like cartoons, but this show gets me every time! If you like "American Dad" or "The Simpsons," give this one a try! And if you don’t like cartoons, still give this a try! You won’t regret it!

"How I Met Your Mother" - This show is pretty well-known, but if you haven’t seen it, you’re missing out! This show is my all-time favorite, and it’s so easy to fall in love with the whole gang! This show will have you laughing one minute and crying the next. If you like "The Office" or "Parks and Recreation," this may be the show for you!

"Everybody Loves Raymond" - This is an oldie but goodie. This show follows Ray’s dysfunctional family, and nobody ever seems to get along. If you want a light show, this is a great choice. If you like "Last Man Standing" or "Modern Family," you may like this one too!
