UPDATE: Zayn and Gigi have released statements commenting on the breakup. They both seem to be handling things really well, but I think there is hope for them getting back together in the future.

There are so many celebrity couples that we all ship. One of the most famous couples that we all love and worship is ZaGi, and when news of their split broke, all of our collective hearts broke with it. BUT, I refuse to lose hope because this has happened before and then they got back together. Need proof? Here are 10 times that their love is too pure to be gone from this world for good.

1. They support each other's careers, even in the hardest times.

When Zayn cancelled his concert in June 2016, Gigi was there to support him. Her response was perfect and show that they have each other's back through thick and thin. She commends his bravery in showing how he is human, just like the rest of us. She writes how proud she is of him.

2. They spend lazy days together and take time to be away from the public eye.

Okay, so maybe their dates are super public and show nothing, but their lazy days are just for them. They spend epic cuddle time with each other. Cuddles = true, lasting love. It's time to just bask in their love for each other.

3. They gush about each other every chance they get.

Zayn has been quoted saying so many nice things about Gigi. He literally said in an interview with Elle UK Magazine, "She's super intelligent, I think that's why it works so well..." I mean, is that not a sign of their everlasting love? I think it is.

4. They take the cutest Instagram pictures.

They are comfortable enough with each other to take perfect selfies and show the world how happy they really are. They may have hit a rough patch now, but they will be back taking more pictures that make us grab our boyfriends (or pets) trying to recreate their perfection.

5. Zayn writes love songs about her.

After Zayn broke up with Perrie, he found Gigi and man, he expresses that in his song "Pillowtalk" where Gigi stars in the video. Just look at that music video. Their chemistry and heat is undeniable. It's like a moth to a flame. You can't stay away for long.

6. They spend time with each others family.

I mean. just look at this picture that Gigi's mom took. Their families love each of them, and family connection to your SO is hard to let go.

7. They go on vacations together and basically live together.

Even though they have separate homes, they never spend time apart and stay with each other. The also go on vacation together, which shows how serious they are in their relationship. Obviously, if you live with someone, it's hard to stay away from them.

8. They are friends before they are a couple.

They are best friends, so friends have fights and split up for a bit but always come back to each other. Just like Gigi and Zayn. Even if they don't get back together, I can bet they will stay close friends...and then eventually get back together.

9. They have broken up before and gotten back together.

This isn't the first time they split and after a few weeks apart they made their way back to each other. Couples have problems, but they always work past them and come back together, like Gigi and Zayn

10. They love each other, simple as that.

You can just see the love and respect in they way they look at each other. Their love is undeniable. They can't deny it and we won't either.
