The Olympics only come around every couple years, and each time the most gifted athletes in the world compete, it brings back memories from every high school athletes glory days. I know, I can't watch swimming or water polfo without reminiscing on my high school sports, and I am not alone. This one's for all the people sitting on the couch, eating chips (just like me), watching the sport they will always love.

2. Pfft, I could have done that.

3. Wow, that was really good, I couldn't have done that

4. *looks at athlete's abs then at own stomach flab*

5. I really miss playing

6. Maybe I should get back in the pool/on the field

7. That team is so close, they remind me of my old team

*frantically texts teammates*

8. Okay, I might not be in as good of shape as them, but I know they shouldn't have done that

9. A false start! YES! I knew I was better than these guys!

10. Didn't anyone teach these guys to be good sports? Come on, stop being a sore winner.

I know you just won, but... calm down.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
