Girls are complicated and I will be the first one to admit that. We want boys we can't have, we want to have a different body type than the current one and overall we simply just want to be accepted and please EVERYONE (logical right?). With this being said there are many easy ways for boys (yes you guys are still boys, not men) to avoid girls dramatic and sometimes deserved breakdowns. Here are 8 things you should never say to girls (unless you don't care about the consequences that lie ahead):

1. You look tired.

First of all what do you or the other person get out of you asking this? Nothing. And in all honesty girls over analyze themselves 24/7 so they already know if they look tired. They do not need someone who doesn't know the struggle of putting on under eye concealer to tell them that.

2. That looks fine.

Fine? Girls spend about 7 years getting ready so we better look slightly better than fine. How about drop dead gorgeous (or something along those lines).

3. Is it that time of the month?

If you have to ask her this you're probably just being a dick to her and making her upset. Also girls can and are emotional and dramatic all month so don't try and push her buttons by asking her this cause if anything you'll just end up sleeping on the couch.

4. Are you wearing that out?

She could wear a trash bag out and you still have to say "you look beautiful". Also boys don't even know the difference between a bralette and a bra so does their opinion really even count?

5. Where do you want to eat?

Don't ask where she wants to eat. Why? Because this will end in a 2 hour conversationtalking about all of the flaws in your relationship including (but not limited to) your past girlfriends who have nothing to do with the topic at hand.

6. K.

When a girl sends you paragraphs expressing how she feels and whats been on her mind lately, she wants a little more effort than a single letter.

7. Didn't you just eat?

Yeah I did just eat a pint of ice cream and yeah now I want a grilled cheese. So what? Putting up with boys' bullshit can be tiring sometimes and therefore we need to restock our calorie supply.

8. Calm down.

You could say this to a rock and the rock would get angry. No one likes to be told to calm down and therefore you shouldn't say it in the middle of an argument because now she's bringing up stuff you did when you were 12 and she's not calming down anytime soon.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
